You agree to these conditions by booking

6 Day Polish Guarantee

If your polish chips within 6 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have your polish redone at no extra cost to you. All we ask is that you call and do the polish change within the 6 day period.

 

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your appointment we would appreciate a courtesy phone call to let us know.

 

Ten Minute Grace Period

Your appointment will be cancelled 10 minutes after your appointment time, however, we will endeavour to accommodate you within the next available time slot.

 

Gift certificates

These can be purchased at the salon.

 

Peter Policy

Service dogs are welcome.

 

Child Safety Policy

For safety reasons and Insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service unless they are having a service. Whilst we love children, their safety is our utmost concern and YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

 

Health Conditions

When making an appointment, please let is know if you are pregnant or have any health conditions  (e.g. allergies or injuries)

 

Salon Etiquette

On Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment time to choose your Preferred colour and give you the opportunity to take a moment to relax before your appointment

What To Wear

Loose clothing that can be easily rolled up for your pedicure treatment. Please bring flip-flops or open toe sanders to wear after a pedicure to avoid smudging polish

Keep us informed

At your first visit, you will be asked to fill in a detailed consultation form. Please fill out the sections required, even if it doesn’t seem relevant, as some conditions and medication can have adverse effects on treatments.  Also, advise us if on the following visit you are pregnant.

 

Relax

We want all our client’s visit to be a calm and relaxing experience, therefore we ask that you are considerate of people around you when taking using mobile devices

 

Valuables

We, unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for your lost or stolen items.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will endeavour to fit you in, but to avoid disruption to other clients, your treatment will finish at the original time and full price will be charged. If time is available we will happily fit you in.

 

Loyalty Club

We have a fantastic loyalty scheme available.  Full details are available at the salon. Just ask a member of staff who will happily talk you through it, along with how to become a VIP client.
